Due to the cost of maintaining the client database and amount of work involved, we need to require a minimum monthly fee of $150.00
* Rates are based on the an established, for profit practice, with diverse insurance carriers and patient base. Situations such as start-up practice,rural practice, or predominantly Medicaid patient base, could increase the percentage rate and set up fees. Quoted rates by specialty are subject to change, and in some special cases, may be negotiable. If you do not see your specialty or a category for your practice, we will work to find a fair solution and competative rate.
