We are at a pivitol time in healthcare reimbursement and management. Technology as well as government are proceeding at lightning speed to bring the medical practice to full electronic status. There are,however, many physicians who are not prepared, and many more who want nothing to do with this change. There are still vast differences in the way a medical practice may chooses to handle billing. Given this,we felt the need to reassess our services and fees.
We are prepared to rise to the needs of the practice that is more than ready for Electronic Medical Records and real time processing, and also completely comfortable with the physician who prefers to stay with paper charts and ledgers. We have worked with both, and see the value of each choice. We can adjust to the practice who wants a fully electronic process, the practice that wants to complete paper ledgers and have them picked up once a week, and every level in between.

* Rates are based on the an established, for profit practice, with diverse insurance carriers and patient base. Situations such as start-up practice,rural practice, or predominently Medicaid patient base, could increase the percentage rate and set up fees. Quoted rates by specialty are subject to change, and in some special cases, may be negotiable. If you do not see your specialty or a category for your practice, we will work to find a fair solution and competative rate.
