SYSTEM HOSTING offers the client the option to enter the demographics and schedule appointments on their "front end", and work on our secure remote server "live" on a daily basis. The Front desk can print receipts, accept patient payments, change/update demographics and insurance information while the patient is in the office, or on the phone. In many cases, we can also offer access to Microsoft Office products to your staff for letter writing, or reporting. Reports can be exported by your staff to excel and worked at their convenience. Superbills, statements, reports can all be printed locally in your office, and at numerous workstations. The data is securely backed up daily, and our IT department responds to the rare technical problem usually on the same day.
On the "back end" NetProphets is entering charges and payments, transmitting claims, reviewing edits, correcting data, following up on the accounts receivables, monitoring security, and providing customer support.
At NetProphets, we are working in the "background" on a DAILY "real-time"basis supporting your office.
