We will enter all demographic and charge data, and follow up accordingly. We carry the process from beginning to end to collect for all your services.This option include the services of a certified professional coder.
The client has the option of viewing the accounts remotely, via the internet connection, receiving report attachments via email, or just reviewing them in the traditional method of "white paper"reports by mail. We can receive the billing data/encounters in person( if client is local) via weekly mailer, or via fax. We want the process to be as convenient as possible for our client.

Primary,Internal or Family Practice,Pediatric,Clinics...............................8% of monthly receipts

For those clients using the Lytec 2008 Scheduler we can verify insurance eligibility and/or schedule and confirm appointments for an additional monthly fee... see optional services
* Rates are based on the an established, for profit practice, with diverse insurance carriers and patient base. Situations such as start-up practice,rural practice, or predominently Medicaid patient base, could increase the percentage rate and set up fees. Quoted rates by specialty are subject to change, and in some special cases, may be negotiable. If you do not see your specialty or a category for your practice, we will work to find a fair solution and competative rate.
