This option include the services of certified professional coders, meaning, we can code and bill from only an office note, or handwritten description of the services.
At NetProphets, we are working in the "background" on a DAILY "real-time"basis supporting your office.
We will enter all demographic and charge data, and follow up accordingly. We carry the process from beginning to end to collect for all your services. If the patient is delinquent on payment we will make collection calls based on your instructions. Outside agencies can be used if legal action is required.
The client has the option of viewing the accounts remotely, via the internet connection, via fax,receiving report attachments via email, or just reviewing them in the traditional method of "white paper"reports by mail. We can receive the billing data/encounters in person( if client is local) via weekly mailer, via fax, or email attachment. We want the process to be as convenient as possible for our client.

2) EMDEON OR GATEWAY Clearinghouse "Pass through" fees, includes unlimited claims, ERA/EFT, eligibility/referrals/claim status for par carriers.

3) PATIENT BILLING: We advise the use of Clearinghouse E Statements for patient billing. This runs approximately .60 cents per statement, and would be added to your monthly invoice.
For manual patient statements we will charge $1 per statement mailed. Includes custom messages, return envelope,postage.
4) PLUS PERCENTAGE:
Surgeon,Major system specialties,Obstetric,Radiology...........................between 5 & 6% of monthly receipts
Psychiatry,Psychologist,Physical Therapist,Podiatrist,Chiropractic.........between 7 & 8% of monthly receipts
Primary,Internal or Family Practice,Pediatric,Clinics.............................between 9 & 10% of monthly receipts
Includes 7 concurrent online users.
* Rates are based on the an established, for profit practice, with diverse insurance carriers and patient base. Situations such as start-up practice,rural practice, or predominantly Medicaid patient base, could increase the percentage rate and set up fees. Quoted rates by specialty are subject to change, and in some special cases, may be negotiable. If you do not see your specialty or a category for your practice, we will work to find a fair solution and competitive rate.
For those clients using the Lytec Client Server Scheduler we can verify insurance eligibility and/or schedule and confirm appointments for an additional monthly fee... see optional services
